Cape Town Gin Company – The Pink Lady Gin
In the spirit of Christmas, and a wonderful summer filled with sunshine and rain, I present my version of the Pink Lady Gin – in a refreshingly frozen state. Take a look at my suggestion for this floral gin, and get the recipe for my Rose & Strawberry syrup/cordial.
Distilled and bottled locally, the Cape Town Gin Company’s gins have a distinctly South African flavour and celebrate the vibrant diversity of Cape Town.
The Pink Lady Gin:
- has been infused with handpicked rose petals and hibiscus flowers to extract the essence of these beautiful flowers;
- result is a gin with a slightly sweeter taste and a vibrant pink colour;
- is best enjoyed with tonic or soda water or in a cocktail.
About the Distillery
