Dreaming of a refreshing island cocktail with Bacardi White Rum and Fever-Tree#MediterraneanTonic, with a dash of Ginifer bitters.
This is a wonderful refreshing alternative to your usual weekend tipple – with loads of ice and feet up (just imagine the sound of crashing waves and palm trees in the wind).
Here’s my 12 Tonics to Christmas Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic drink:
VODKA NINJA
Ingredients:
- 50ml Bacardi Carta Blanca
- 2 dashes Ginifer Orange Vanilla Bitters
- Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water
- Dried Orange wheel – for decoration
Method:
- Ensure you have all your equipment and ingredients ready.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Pour a double shot of Bacardi Carta Blanca (white rum) to the glass and add two dashes of Ginifer Orange & Vanilla Bitters. Top up with chilled Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water.
