Made with Ruby Grapefruit and superior natural Quinine, Chinchona Premium Ruby Grapefruit tonic is a refreshingly dry and crisp tonic that delivers the ultimate balance between sour and semi-sweet.
The result is a beautiful pink tonic that’s fresh, unique and simply delicious.
- 25ml Malfy Gin Rosa
- 25ml Sparkling Wine (own preference)
- 1 x Chinchona Pink Grapefruit Tonic
- Grapefruit wedge
- Fresh mint (I preferred a sprig of Thyme)
Add 1 shot of Malfy Rosa gin to a shaker filled with ice, with a wedge of grapefruit. Shake to chill the gin.
Pour into serving glass and add the grapefruit wedge and herb (mint or herb of your choice). Add the shot of sparkling wine and top with chilled Chinchona Pink Grapefruit Tonic Water. Serve.
