This year has seen many new discoveries, but only a few rival the discovery of Volstruis Gin. I’ve had the privilege of meeting the wonderful ladies behind this intriguing spirit. It only makes sense to pair the complimenting flavours of these two products to create my Ultimate Christmas drink – a classic Gin and Tonic.
The Swaan Dry Cape Tonic is savoury and really opens up the Volstruis gin, allowing the characteristics of the green apple, vanilla and peppercorns to come through.
