Quick and easy chicken curry

So, with all of these impressive features, it’s easy to see how the LG NeoChef can simplify the dinner-making process. Here’s a delicious, super-quick chicken curry recipe to help you beat the autumn chill.


  • 400g cubed chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 4 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 5-cm piece of peeled ginger
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 dried red chillies
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 400g tomato purée
  • 1/2 cup water or stock
  • 1/2 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Add the ingredients to a 1.5kg-capacity microwave-safe bowl and mix together. Cover with plastic wrap – don’t forget to pop a few holes in it for ventilation. 
  • Place the bowl in your LG NeoChef, and cook at 700W until the chicken is fully cooked. Stir at least twice while cooking.
